We're excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled and motivated Mechanic / Service Technician Yatala branch.
If you enjoy working with a variety of machinery, diagnosing faults, and getting equipment back into action quickly and safely, this is a great opportunity to be part of a growing local team.
* You'll be responsible for keeping our fleet running safely and efficiently, both in the workshop and out in the field:
* Performing scheduled maintenance, inspections, diagnostics and repairs
* Ensuring equipment is maintained in line with manufacturer, company and Australian standards
* Building strong, professional relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams
* Completing workshop-based duties and field service work when required
* Working within company policies, procedures and systems
* Maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality at all times
This role works Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and is based out of our Yatala Branch.
What we're looking for
We're after a reliable tradesperson with strong mechanical skills and a practical, can-do attitude:
* Mechanical trade qualifications (essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, can-do attitude with resilience and determination
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
* A valid driver's licence
* The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
* Demonstrated commitment to quality; ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and be self-motivated.
