Customer Service Representative
This is a full-time position based at Tweed Heads, NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll join our Gyprock Trade Centre, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving operational excellence within the store and warehouse.
* Provide exceptional customer service for all customers in-store and in the warehouse.
* Stock movements and maintenance of stock.
* Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements.
* Unloading inbound orders of stock.
* Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store.
* Ensuring documentation, labelling, and presentation of product is adhered to.
* Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Experience working in a fast-paced environment would be an advantage.
