Support Coordinator – Maternity Leave Cover

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Support Coordinator to cover a maternity leave caseload from late September/early October 2025. The role is offered on a contractor basis, with flexible hours and the possibility of ongoing work beyond August 2026 for the right candidate.
This is a work-from-home role with travel required across the Bendigo, Goldfields & Macedon Ranges region. To be eligible, you must live within this area and be willing to travel within the region.

About the Role
Youll support a caseload of NDIS participants with Level 2 funding, helping them to:
- Understand and use their NDIS plans
- Access services and coordinate supports
- Build skills for independence and self-advocacy
- Navigate crises and reduce barriers to participation
- Track progress and prepare reports for plan reviews
- Strengthen formal and informal support networks

What You'll Bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Social Work, OT, Psychology, Community Services)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Support Coordination or case management
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS and disability sector
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Confidence using digital tools in a remote environment
- A values-driven, participant-centred approach

- Applicants must hold Australian work authorisation, including citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work rights
