About This Role
* Provide advice to Aftersales, Sales, Regional Offices and Marketing Departments
* Provide recommendations for future training strategies.
* Develop & desktop publish Instructor Led Training Programs.
* Conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) programs for personnel.
* Create training aids to support training programs.
* Design and Deliver technical training content to dealers and fleet partners where & when required.
* Develop & publish articles for the Dealer Network.
* Develop eLearning content for the Dealer Network as required.
Qualifications And Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience developing / designing automotive training literature
* Advantage but not essential - Relevant trade qualifications and practical hands-on industry experience
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or teacher background
* Possess knowledge of current automotive technology including electrical/electronic systems and automotive dealership workshop practices.
* Competent user of Microsoft applications and Internet (required)
* Competent user of Adobe Creative Suite applications (desired)
* High level communication skills both verbal and written.
