4. Build strong relationships with franchise partners as a primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries.
5. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the onboarding process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
6. Monitor the performance of newly onboarded franchise partners and provide ongoing support to address challenges or concerns.
7. Participate in regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners and provide business coaching.
8. Provide feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems.
9. Maintain consistency across franchise sites by adhering to brand and operational guidelines.
About This Role
* This position requires an Australian resident with experience in administration, franchise management, or business coaching.
* The ideal candidate should be open to interstate travel to access multiple Success Tutoring sites across Australia.
