Job description:
Our client, Callide Valley Toyota, is looking for experienced Automotive Electrician to come work in a modern workshop with the support of a global automotive brand, offering above award remuneration and incentives as well as extensive training opportunities and programs.
Salary range is $75,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience.
The successful candidate must:
* Have an Industry level certification to operate as a Automotive Electrician in relevant state, territory or jurisdiction
* Have a developed knowledge of the automotive industry and experience in a similar role
* Have a current Australian State or Territory manual driver's licence
Tasks & responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice in relation to current mechanical condition of vehicles
* Diagnose and repair mechanical components and systems in motor vehicles such as the engine, transmission and suspension systems
* Report all necessary work, service or repairs to service manager and record using in-house databases or reporting systems
* Maintain an up to date knowledge of all mechanical issues and changes relating to dealer product range
* Test drive and conduct final assessments prior to the delivery or return of vehicles to guests
* Demonstrate behaviours that align with company policies, organisational values and The Toyota Way
* Contribute to building a positive team spirit
About us: Callide Valley Toyota is the local Toyota dealership for Biloela and the surrounding areas, encompassing Moura and the Callide and Dawson Valleys. Employing over 40 staff we are a large employer in the region and are actively involved in community events and organisations.
