Cost Schedule Analyst Associate
We are seeking a skilled Cost Schedule Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the successful achievement of project objectives by supporting cost control systems and helping projects stay on track and within budget.
* Support the establishment and coordination of frameworks and baselines for project cost, schedule, and risk for new and existing programs
* Assist in establishing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual project rhythms for statusing, analysis, and reporting on cost, schedule, and risks
* Maintain approved cost and schedule Project Management Baselines and incorporate approved baseline changes
* Develop and resource load schedules according to established processes, standards, guidelines, health checks, and code structures
* Incorporate risk and schedule margin tasks into schedules based on risk registers and guidance from Project Managers (PMs) and Cost Account Managers (CAMs)
* Develop and maintain control account structures and associated RAMs
* Maintain all documentation and databases related to project planning and maintenance
* Work with PMs and CAMs to capture actuals, status, Estimated Total Costs (ETCs), and review risks and updates to the project risk and opportunity register
Requirements:
* Familiarity with scheduling and EVM principles, particularly Critical Path Method and Baseline Control
* Knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles
* Computer literacy with ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret reports
* Intermediate skills and experience in using MS Office and other relevant software packages
