In this role, you'll provide essential business and project support, playing a key part in championing inclusion and fostering a positive workplace culture at one of Australia's most progressive councils.You'll contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance equity, belonging, and accessibility for all City of Sydney staff.What You'll Be Doing supporting the delivery of the City's Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan and Inclusion (Disability) Action Plan coordinating meetings and employee network activities assisting with research, data collection and compliance reporting preparing internal communications, reports, and accessible documents managing records and databases with accuracy and integrity supporting People & Culture projects that drive inclusive workplace practices.
We're Looking For Someone Witha relevant degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, and project management or related field strong understanding of contemporary, best practices approaches to diversity, equity and inclusion best strategies excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills demonstrated experience managing projects and competing priorities, achieving tasks within strict deadlines with limited supervision.
