The Role
In this fulltime Mackay based role, you will:
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across mining, agriculture and heavy industry
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
* Promote Austchrome’s specialist engineering and reclamation services, including hydraulic cylinder repairs, HVOF coatings, machining and component manufacturing
* Develop and execute sales plans to support business growth
* Provide accurate sales reporting and market insights
* Negotiate and manage customer contracts
* Travel regularly to customer sites and industry locations as required
About You
We are looking for a driven sales professional with:
* Demonstrated success in B2B sales
* Experience in heavy engineering, mining services, industrial maintenance or similar technical fields
* Trade or technical background (highly regarded)
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Ability to influence, negotiate and deliver customer focused outcomes
* A proactive, solutions driven approach
