**About the Role**
You will be supporting young people with Mental Health and/or Youth in crisis. Your role will further include:
- Supporting Young people in Residential Setting
- Appling trauma and developmental informed approach to support our young people
- Ensure their needs are set as outlined within their individual plans
- Demonstrate a positive and encouraging environment to help engage our young people to develop life skills
- Proactively be involved in activities and assist with meeting their personal goals and live with greater independence
- Maintain accurate and detailed shift reports, incidents reports ad progress notes
- Adapt well with change and manage challenging situations quickly
- Ability to work collaborative in a team and autonomously

**To be considered for this role you will need**:
- Completed or Studying towards a Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Mental Health or in other related area are highly desirable
- Evidence of **3 doses** of Covid Vaccinations
- Current Drivers License
- Current CPR, FIRST AID, Working with Children Check (WWCC) & NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain)
