About the Role Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join Their Mt Gravatt dealership. This is an excellent entry point into automotive administration, with full training provided in vehicle registrations and stock control. You'll play a key role supporting our busy Sales team and ensuring the smooth processing of vehicle deliveries. Australian citizenship is required for this position. Key Responsibilities Assist Sales team with deal administration and documentation Process vehicle registrations (training provided) Coordinate vehicle delivery bookings Manage vehicle stock control and instocking General administrative support to the dealership What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organisation skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required Previous admin experience is helpful but not essential Why Join ?
