As an Assistant Store Manager, you play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager to achieve maximum sales potential, operate efficiently, and create a positive work environment. Your leadership skills will motivate and inspire a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities:

* Provide guidance and support to store staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Contribute to visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting to drive business growth.
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to WHS programs and protocols.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Proven retail management or leadership experience, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
* A keen eye for detail, with excellent operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, and performance reporting.
