Mancorp Quality Homes Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our established team on the northside.
We are a residential builder recognised for delivering high-quality homes with a focus on quality, professionalism, and a positive team culture.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong management skills and proven experience supervising residential construction sites. You'll play a key role in ensuring our homes are delivered safely, on time, and to an exceptional standard.
About the Role
As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple job sites, coordinating trades and suppliers, and ensuring build quality aligns with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with Office team including construction manager to get results
* Supervise and manage subcontractors, service providers, suppliers, and onsite activities
* Oversee multiple job sites concurrently
* Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
* Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain construction schedules
* Conduct site inspections and perform quality assurance checks
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and timely project delivery
* Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent delays
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Experience in volume home building or residential construction
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Effective communication and leadership skills
* Current White Card
