Position Overview
Jessie Cares is looking for dedicated Assistant in Nursing (AIN) professionals to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to older adults living in residential aged care homes throughout Port Macquarie and surrounding regions.
Your efforts will help ensure residents feel respected, comfortable, and well cared for each day.
What You'll Do
As an AIN with Jessie Cares, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
* Helping residents with personal care tasks and routine daily activities
* Offering emotional support, companionship, and meaningful interaction
* Encouraging residents to maintain independence where possible
* Contributing to each person's comfort, safety, and overall wellbeing
About You

* A strong commitment to delivering person-focused, respectful care
Required Skills & Certifications
To be considered, you must have:
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or an equivalent qualification
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* A valid National Police Check
* Infection Prevention & Control training
* Manual Handling training
