Their Estimating Team is expanding and this is the perfect opportunity an experienced Sales Estimator looking to take on a new challenge with a longstanding business and team.
Duties
* Produce fixed price quotations and contracts in accordance with agreed guidelines and margins.
* Provide accurate estimates within the time lines provided.
* Pricing for new and existing products, and the updating of the Variation Price List.
* Prepare and maintain BOQ's for housing products.
* Obtain and interpret pre‑requisites for contract preparation.
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years as a Sales Estimator for a residential builder
* Strong knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards
* High level of numeracy and computer usage skills
* Market high salary on offer, plus lucrative employee benefits
* Recently renovated and modern office space

* Early Friday finishes - shorter hours on Fridays
