Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely distribution of key product lines to customers. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of weekly dispatch plans working with manufacturing teams, downstream businesses, and third parties to dispatch requirements in a timely manner.
You will optimize distribution plans to reduce transportation costs, work with the team to find improved efficiency and productivity of magazine operations and processes, and coordinate with transportation companies and authorities to ensure the availability of trucks and shipping to cover freight business needs for domestic, import, and export of materials.
Additionally, you will ensure products are delivered on time to customers guaranteeing a high level of service satisfaction, support compliance with regulations for products delivered to customers, and support the resolution of problems including stock reconciliations for stock visibility and traceability, avoid losses made through non-deliveries, wrong deliveries, and returns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
* Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
* Proven experience with SAP Transportation Management and Microsoft Office Suite.
* In-depth knowledge of order-to-pick processes, inventory management, and stock movement procedures.
