Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to lead our Maintenance Execution Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities across our facility.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in managing multiple teams of tradespeople and specialists. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies, managing budgets, and leading by example to drive process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership, other superintendents, and maintenance supervisors. Strong health and safety knowledge is essential in this role.

Requirements:
