Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, call centres, or member services.
* Calm, courteous, and professional – even under pressure.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
* Problem‑solving ability and a solution‑focused mindset.
* Experience with various computer software and systems (MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
* Team‑first attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.
* Bonus points if you've worked in health insurance or a similar industry.

This is a full‑time permanent position. Successful candidates must be available to work between the hours of 8.30 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
The position will be commencing early February 2026.
Successful candidates must complete a police check prior to commencing with Peoplecare.
