About the Role
You will be responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences and leading a high-performing team to achieve financial and business targets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Motivate and inspire a large, multi-skilled team to deliver outstanding results by providing coaching and guidance.
* Manage day-to-day operations, including open/close procedures, back-of-house administration, recruitment, rostering, and customer service to ensure operational excellence.
* Develop and grow the business through creative initiatives and strategic planning to meet business objectives.
* Become a subject matter expert in food, bars, and gaming operations by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Key Requirements:
* Hospitality/Retail leadership experience with a focus on food, bars, and gaming is essential.
* Proven ability to lead, develop, and coach a large team to achieve financial and business targets.
* Highly developed customer service skills with a strong understanding of operational excellence.
* CURRENT RSA, RCG, and Gaming Licence (RCG) are required.
