This is an 18-month contract opportunity to play a key role in changing how financial advice is delivered. You'll help bring to life a digital advice platform designed to make advice more accessible, scalable and affordable for members.
In this role you'll be part of a broader transformation focused on improving retirement outcomes, but with ownership of a more self-contained stream. This gives you the space to lead end-to-end delivery while still contributing to a larger, purpose-driven program. The environment is fast-moving and collaborative, with a solid focus on delivery. You will be trusted to take ownership, manage stakeholders, and drive outcomes with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end delivery of the scaled digital advice stream, managing evolving requirements, vendor engagement, and implementation of a new platform capability from planning through to execution.
* Lead delivery of a digital advice platform within a broader transformation program.
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery activities.
* Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies.
* Manage stakeholders across business, delivery and leadership teams.
* Support vendor selection and manage delivery through an evolving vendor landscape.
* Oversee related service and operational uplift, including call centre capability where required.
* Maintain governance, reporting, RAID registers and decision tracking.
* Provide clear, structured updates to support transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
* Solid, delivery-first Project Manager who can navigate ambiguity, manage stakeholders effectively, and keep momentum in a changing workplace.
* Proven experience delivering projects in complex or quick-paced environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and evolving requirements.
* Experience with project governance, reporting and delivery controls.
* Strong problem-solving capability and ability to drive outcomes.
