Exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager - Agricultural Dealership, Broome
Join us at the start of something big. Kimberley Agricultural Supplies are expanding with a new workshop, showroom, and office in Broome. We're looking for an experienced and driven Parts Manager to lead our growing parts operations, who's passionate about customer service, teamwork, and growing a successful business.

About the role
As Parts Manager, you'll take ownership of our parts department – managing inventory, supporting customers, and building strong supplier relationships. You'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving growth as we expand our operations.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Maintain accurate inventory and sales records
* Collaborate closely with our service team to streamline operations
* Identify opportunities to boost efficiency, sales, and profitability
* Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
About you
* 3+ years' experience in parts management (agricultural preferred)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Skilled in team leadership and fostering a positive, proactive work culture
* Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
* Proficient in dealer management systems and computer‑based inventory tools
* Motivated to lead with innovation and help shape a growing business
