Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.
**Your Opportunity**:
The CHQ at Home Support Worker is responsible for the support of a child or young person being cared for within their home environment.
The support worker will be trained and supported to provide safe care to a child or young person with high medical needs within their home setting under the supervision of the primary caregiver.
- Travel across Brisbane will be a requirement.
- Applicants should note a significant portion of this role is performed overnight.
