The Role :
Provide efficient reception services to clients and staff, and administrative support to OHST staff and external providers. Assist in coordinating daily operations of the Dental Centre and community clinics. Support administrative functions related to primary patient care.
You will need :
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse professional staff.
* Flexibility, teamwork skills, and effective time management in a busy environment.
* Experience working with demanding clients, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
Details of appointment :
Multiple positions available, including full-time, part-time, and casual roles, with hours up to 76 per fortnight, starting ASAP.
Part-time: 45.36 hours per fortnight, Monday, Thursday, and Friday.
Casual hours as required, with hours negotiable.
This process may be used to fill similar vacancies for up to 12 months from publication.
Salary :
$66,049 to $70,993 pro-rata per annum plus 11.5% superannuation. Salary in accordance with the Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
