Duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist in managing end-to-end claims within a commercial and property portfolio
- Collaborate with brokers and insurers to ensure efficient claim resolution
- Maintain accurate records of claims and support documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with updates and assistance as needed
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience working as a Claims Consultant within insurance or brokerage settings
- An understanding of SME lines processing will be advantageous
- Previous experience managing end-to-end commercial motor or property claims
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive within the role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
