This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the engineering department.
About The Role:
* The successful candidate will work closely with department managers, superintendents and supervisors in all administration tasks and projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing diary management support, preparing agendas and presentations, coordinating meeting logistics as well as identifying improvement opportunities and time optimisation solutions.
