Department of Premier and Cabinet is seeking Policy Officers to join the Economic Strategy (ES) branch in Melbourne.
The role plays a vital part in driving the government's economic recovery and reform agenda, contributing to innovative and impactful policies that benefit Victoria.
As a Policy Officer, you will provide expert advice on policy implications of various initiatives relating to taxation, housing, finance, regulation, competition, gambling, consumer affairs, workplace safety and local government.
The position requires providing economic policy advice to inform policy development, strong written communication skills and the ability to influence through timely recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
