About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business & Communications professional to join our team in a dynamic role that supports operations across multiple remote communities. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital part in the Learning on Country Program (LoCP), contributing to effective program coordination and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contract management, procurement, payments, program reporting, and compliance, ensuring all operations align with organisational policies and requirements.
* Coordinating LoC Program social media platforms, website content, and communication strategies to engage diverse stakeholders.
* Managing logistical arrangements for program promotional events, workshops, and meetings.

* A detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong business, communication, and organisational skills.
* Experience in financial planning and management, including budgeting, procurement, and cost management.
* Strong organisational, project management, and analytical capabilities.
* Excellent cross-cultural, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of and experience in effectively utilising a range of social media platforms and website maintenance.
Requirements:
* Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar position.
* Experience in financial planning and management including budgeting, procurement, and cost management.
* Strong organisational, project management, and analytical capabilities.
* Excellent cross-cultural, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of and experience in effectively utilising a range of social media platforms and website maintenance.

* A competitive base salary of $83,099 per annum plus 15% superannuation.
