The Role
We're looking for a Full Time experienced administration all‐rounder who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly and delivering great support to both clients and the team.
You'll be responsible for:
• Assisting with front‐office duties and client enquiries
• Coordinating workflow, scheduling, and supporting day‐to‐day operations
• Compliance and administrative tasks across client entities, including liaising with ASIC and the ATO
• New client onboarding and setup
• Electronic lodgement of ITRs, BAS, IAS, and other tax documents
• Managing corporate secretarial work and ASIC lodgements
• Managing the firm's billing process
• Assisting with the firm's debtor reporting process
• Electronic filing of client correspondence and documents as well as maintenance of client records
About You
• 3+ years' administration experience (professional services is a bonus)
• Strong time‐management, communication, and attention to detail
• Friendly, proactive, and confident working independently
• A team player who enjoys learning and contributing
• Experience with MYOB AE and Now Infinity (preferred but not essential)
Salary will be competitive and based on experience.
