This is a unique, working-independent role. During your shift, you will manage store operations, meaning you are essentially your own boss while on duty. This is a fantastic launchpad for anyone looking to build a long-term career in retail management. We are committed to your growth and will provide hands‐on training across all areas of retail operations to significantly enhance your skills and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional, friendly, and efficient customer service.
* Operate the official lottery terminal accurately and securely.
* Manage independent shift operations, including opening/closing procedures and point-of-sale (POS) cash handling.
* Merchandise, restock displays, and maintain an organized store layout (gifts, apparel, toys).
* Ensure the store remains clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
What We Are Looking For
* Mandatory requirement: proven previous experience operating an official lottery terminal/machine.
* A strong, natural focus on customer service and community engagement.
* High level of reliability, honesty, and punctuality.
* The maturity and confidence to work independently and manage a store shift solo.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, can‐do attitude.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, which may include weekends and retail trading hours.
