This role plays a key part in keeping production running smoothly by assisting machine operators with materials handling, preparation, and general production support. About the Role: Working alongside Production Machine Operators, your responsibilities will include: Assisting operators with loading raw materials into production equipment Manual handling of materials and product (up to 20kg) Cleaning and maintaining production areas to site standards Preparing materials, packaging and pallets for production and dispatch Supporting quality and housekeeping requirements on the production floor General labouring duties to keep workflows efficient and safe The role offers: $33–$40 per hour overtime (dependent on shift) Day shift and Afternoon roles with 6:00am or 2:00pm start, Monday to Friday Ongoing work with long-term potential Structured, well-organised site with strong safety standards Opportunity to gain exposure to production and machine operations Supportive team environment within a global manufacturing business An ideal applicant will have: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or labouring roles (preferred) Physically capable and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks Strong awareness of safety procedures and following instructions Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic Forklift licence advantageous but not essential Full Australian working rights You’ll be part of a professional production team where labourers are valued, trained properly, and given opportunities to progress.
