As a senior commercial lawyer, you will have the opportunity to join our in-house legal team and contribute to the development of our organisation's national presence.
About the Role
This newly created position is suitable for a qualified lawyer with experience in general commercial and contracting law.
You will report directly to the General Counsel and provide legal support across the organisation on various contracts, including sponsorship agreements, trade mark licensing, national supply arrangements, and partnerships.
Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with colleagues to negotiate contracts and procurement matters
* Support the resolution of contractual disputes
* Provide expert advice on regulatory matters
* Offer guidance on sponsorship and trademark certification
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial law from a well-respected law firm or in-house environment. Strong relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
