Business Development & Sales Executive
We are seeking a motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to drive growth through new large-scale B2B clients, while also managing our existing customer base and distribution network.
This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role combining field work, office-based sales activity, and relationship management.
About the role
* 2 days per week on the road meeting clients, partners, and distributors
* 3 days per week in the office managing pipeline, proposals, and accounts
* Secure new high-value B2B clients
* Manage and grow existing customer relationships
* Maintain and develop our distribution network
* Own the end-to-end sales process
* Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and retention
What we are looking for
* Proven experience in business development and B2B sales
* Comfortable winning and managing large, complex deals
* Strong relationship management and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously in the field and collaboratively in the office
* Commercial mindset with a focus on long-term growth
* Experience working with distributors or channel partners (highly regarded)
What's on offer
* Base salary: $85,000 – $90,000 + super
* Commission: Up to 3% of revenue collected on new large B2B clients, inclusive of superannuation (paid for the first 12 months per client)
