Billing Specialist – Billing Process


About the Role

This is an integral part of our team and will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the billing process. The successful candidate will create, edit, and process bills in accordance with firm and client requirements, generate and review proformas from 3E, and utilize computerized billing and payable software modules.


Key Responsibilities

* Create, edit, and process bills in accordance with firm and client requirements
* Generate and review proformas from 3E
* Utilize computerized billing and payable software modules
* Provide information to customers


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a legal, accounting, finance, or equivalent industry are required.
