We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Support Coordinator to join our vibrant Client Partnerships team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our sales campaigns run smoothly, our clients are delighted, and our team achieves outstanding results. 
What You’ll Do 
- Processing client orders and media bookings with precision and speed. 
- Coordinating media schedules across exciting platforms like print, digital, and audio. 
- Keeping our CRM and internal systems up-to-date with client details and sales activities. 
- Supporting the setup and monitoring of digital campaigns alongside our Ad Operations team. 
- Communicating creative specifications and deadlines to clients, ensuring campaigns stay on track. 
- Preparing post-campaign reports that showcase our success. 
- Managing client communications and ensuring their needs are met every step of the way. 
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery. 
- Contributing your ideas to improve processes and enhance the client experience. 
Who Are You? 
- Passionate about sales and eager to learn the ropes in a supportive environment. 
- Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. 
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with clients and teammates. 
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a bonus) and spreadsheets. 
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work. 
- Professional, proactive, and ready to take on challenges with a positive attitude.
