· Providing comprehensive support to a team of high performing agents
· Working with our CRM system – REX
· Liaising with vendors, purchasers and other clientele and partners
· Managing buyer enquiries and leads, ensuring prompt communication
· Assisting the sales team with Inspections, Open Homes and Pre-purchase inspections as required
· Ensure all necessary executive tasks associated with listing and selling real estate and execution of any and all relevant documents are carried out in an efficient, expedient and professional manner
· Take responsibility for the co-ordination and placement of advertising and marketing material, as well as the preparation of sales contracts and associated correspondence
· Assist in the preparation of canvassing material and any other correspondence associated with office listings or sales as required
· Under direction from an authorised member of the sales team, contact and consult with valuers, building/pest control inspectors, councils and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sales
· Maintain knowledge of all office listings so enquiries from both vendors and purchasers can be managed in the absence of a member of the Sales Team
· Support agents in negotiations and follow-up processes
· Provide the Sales Team with a full range of support to assist with the sales success of the company
· Participate in key result area review processes to establish areas for improvement
· Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards.
· Maintain a well-groomed and business-like appearance
· Assist with any general office duties as required
