Working independently on your files while collaborating closely with experienced Partners who have a strong industry reputation, you will provide expert advice and guidance to clients. Your skills and expertise will enable you to prepare, negotiate, and review various commercial contracts, leases, and agreements.
The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years PAE experience handling a broad range of commercial law matters. They will possess strong skills in drafting, negotiation, and strategic advice, as well as excellent commercial awareness and focus on delivering effective, practical solutions.
