The Role: Senior Financial Manager
You will lead a small finance team and drive efficiency in operations, influencing key business decisions.
* Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies in line with company objectives, driving growth and innovation.
* Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Analysis: Lead annual budgeting processes and deliver rolling forecasts using data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
* Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow planning, implementing efficient working capital strategies to support business growth.
* Commercial Modelling & Scenario Analysis: Provide robust commercial modelling and scenario analysis to support pricing, margin management, and investment decisions.
* Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, including warehouse management and importation coordination.
* Investment & Acquisition Evaluation: Assess new investment opportunities and potential acquisitions aligning with company strategic objectives.
