About The Role We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our local care team as Personal Care Workers in the Pakenham area. You will provide personalised care and support to our clients to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community. Your tasks may include; Assisting with personal care: Helping clients with tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming. Community Access: Taking clients to appointments in the community Domestic assistance: Support clients with light cleaning and household tasks. Companionship: Providing emotional and social support and engaging in conversation. Shifts available Monday to Friday, 11am to 3pm Must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes around Pakenham, Officer, Officer South, Beaconsfield. You also have; Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or other relevant Personal Care qualification) NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children's Check (WWCC) Victorian Driver Licence AND your own reliable transport in an insured vehicle CPR & First Aid Certificates A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
