We are seeking an
**Assistant Practice Manager (2IC)**, who is focused on providing high-level support to our Practice Manager with the day-to-day running of the clinic. You will assist with the delivery of efficient and effective administrative and reception functions, ensure the patient experience is aligned with our values, and step into the Practice Manager role to cover periods of absence. This is an exciting opportunity for a current 2IC or experienced Medical Receptionist looking to take the next step in their career.
The position is
**What we need from you**:
- Previous 2IC experience (well regarded)
- Previous Medical Receptionist experience (essential)
- Understanding of the general business operations of a medical practice
- Ability to demonstrate and encourage leadership and teamwork
- Exceptional customer service and commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer knowledge and skills
- Understanding of Work Health & Safety and Privacy
