Business Development Manager - Leisure Travel
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the team as a Business Development Manager. This role is focused on driving new business initiatives within a vibrant travel network. The ideal candidate will excel at cultivating relationships and implementing strategies to create sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain multi-level relationships within the travel industry.
* Collaborate with marketing for lead generation efforts.
* Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage opportunities.
* Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Understand market trends and competitive offerings.
* Present products and services effectively to maximize engagement and profitability.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years in a business development role, preferably within the travel industry.
* A strategic approach to bringing on new accounts
* Hunter mentality, leave no stone unturned
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Well networked in the leisure travel space
* Familiarity with CRM systems.
* Understanding of travel agency operations and supplier landscapes.
