Intro Recruitment Solutions has a great opportunity for a Structures Foreman to work on a $120m high rise medical development in Southport.
This role will see you take the lead on structures and manage the buildings large floor plates with a jumpform system. You will have the support of aSenior Site Manager above you and added support of Project Engineer and Jnr Supervisors. This is a full EBA project.
It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and have the ability to to drive program and positive outcomes and have the ability to lead the trades on site.
This role will suit a Structures orientated Foreman person or someone ready to take the leap to Site Management in the future.
**Role**:
The Structures Foreman has the following specific areas of responsibility:
- Management of trades and subcontractors on site
- Coordination of site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
- Implementation of OH&S policies
- Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
- Liaison with the team to ensure budget and time constraints are met in line with program
- Short term programming

- A stable career history within the construction industry
- Structures experience is essential
- Jumpform exp
- Project experience over $50m
- Foreman experience with a reputable mid tier or upper tier would be an advantage
- The ability to work to and meet deadlines
- Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
- Supervisors licence
