The Role Depending on experience, you will: Manage commercial sales and leasing campaigns from appraisal to settlement to leased Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, investors and developers Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking and prospecting Conduct inspections and prepare proposals, submissions and marketing strategies Negotiate sales and leasing transactions Provide pricing guidance, market insights and strategic advice Follow up buyer and tenant enquiry to generate opportunities Work closely with internal marketing, admin and support teams Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking Contribute to overall team culture and business growth About You Executive (0-3 Years) You're building your commercial property career or transitioning from residential/property-related roles. You're coachable, driven, relationship-focused and keen to learn from experienced operators while building your own pipeline and profile. Senior Executive (3 Years) You're already operating within commercial sales and leasing and understand transactions, client management and business development. You're looking for a platform to scale your performance, grow your market presence and work within a genuinely supportive team environment. What We're Looking For NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Experience in commercial property, residential sales, property management or related field Strong communication, negotiation and relationship skills Professional presentation and client-first mindset Proactive approach to business development and networking Strong organisation and attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team Genuine interest in commercial property and investment markets Strong Microsoft Office and CRM capability Why Commercial Property Commercial property is one of the most relationship-driven and rewarding sectors in real estate.
