About The Role
We offer around-the-clock care, with visits scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a premium care experience that is genuine, compassionate and personalised for our clients.
* Follow the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse) while providing care.
* Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
* Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
* Conduct comprehensive Nursing Assessments.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Community nursing experience would be advantageous.
* Dementia Management skills are required.
* Diabetes Management skills are essential.
* Wound Care expertise is necessary.
* Catheterisation skills (SPC & IDC both female and male) are highly regarded.
* Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.
* Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours effectively.
* Leadership experience is an advantage.

Mandatory Requirements:

* Coachability is a must.
* AHPRA Registration is mandatory.
* Registration or Enrolment as a Nurse is required.
* CPR & First Aid Certification is necessary.
* National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector) clearance is needed.
* Working With Children Check approval is required.
* NDIS Worker Screening Approval is essential.
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion is mandatory.
* A valid Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle are necessary.
