About the role:
Retail Team Leaders demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. It's a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.
Other expectations include:
* Always display & enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety and that of your teammates & customers
* Prior experience working in large format retail stores focusing on displays planograms & promotions
* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday or as discussed with Manager
* Possess a valid drivers licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
* Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)
Note this role will require lifting bending & climbing.
