Youth Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in a safe and supportive home environment.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement individual care plans tailored to each person's unique needs and abilities.

About the Role:
* Provide hands-on support and guidance to young people in daily living activities, including self-care, education, and recreational activities.
* Assist with creating and maintaining accurate and professional records and documentation.
Requirements:
* A current driver's licence (Minimum of a P2).
* A Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be eligible to obtain these).
* Have completed, or are willing to enrol in, a Certificate IV or Diploma in a relevant field.
