Job Description
The role of Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist is crucial in project planning, ensuring stakeholder concerns are addressed early and effectively. You will manage day-to-day stakeholder interactions, including enquiries, complaints, and access negotiations.
You will develop and implement community engagement plans, managing proactive communications such as works notifications.
Conduct site visits and desktop studies to assess potential community impacts.
Maintain the program's stakeholder database and image library.
Key Responsibilities
Attend regular customer and community engagement team meetings. Develop exceptional written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
