WHAT WE NEED
A natural and excellent communicator, and a strong presenter. Someone who can put a client at ease and build trust fast with your confidence, assertion, active listening and smart interpretation skills.
You need to be a fast learner and adapter, and be a talented relationship manager to drive ongoing mutually beneficial business with our clients.
You will do well in our environment if you've had broad experience across disciplines and channels in different sectors / industries - enough to make you industrious in tackling any new client or brief. Ultimately you'll be working with the creative team to create new brand identities, then the marketing roll out like websites, brochures and email campaigns for example, and whatever advertising material that may need. You need to understand how production works.
We need someone who can drive great work from a creative team through well researched briefs and an understanding of what the client needs, and what the market wants.
You know what different creatives require to do their job well - whether a copy writer, a designer, or a videographer. And where you've not had the experience, you'll confidently ask great questions till you know enough to get things going.
You need to be great at analysing and elevating the creative work that comes out of studio. And you have to be a stickler for detail. The buck stops with you.
We need someone who gets the business and commercial side of agency - so you have to be driven by planning, forecasting, and billing, to grow revenue for the agency.
If you know your value, but you don't let ego get ahead the best of you, you can own your errors. It means you can take feedback on the chin, and be eager to learn and grow, clever about working with others to learn and bridge your deficits. We need someone who is not precious, but rather genuinely passionate about doing a great job in collaboration with others.
