Leading Commercial Construction company seeks an experienced Site Engineer' with building structures project experience for projects local to Canberra.
As the Site Engineer you will be responsible for:
* Oversee and manage on-site construction activities
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Coordinate with stakeholders, including government officials and contractors
* Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports
* Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues promptly
* Assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes
To be considered for the position of Site Engineer you will require:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction management or related field.
* Proven experience in site or project engineering roles, preferably on large-scale government projects years
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools
