Program Manager – Insurance Transformation | Broker Platforms | CRM | BMS
We're looking for an experienced Program Manager with strong Insurance domain expertise to join a major, executive-sponsored transformation program.
The Opportunity
This is a high-profile role leading a large-scale Broker transformation program across a complex insurance technology landscape.
You'll drive delivery across multiple strategic initiatives, working with executives, business leaders, technology teams, and vendor partners to shape and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap.
This role is ideal for a Program Manager who has successfully delivered enterprise-wide transformation in the insurance sector, particularly across Broker, Policy, Claims, CRM, and core platform modernisation.
Key Initiatives
* Broker Management System (BMS) transformation / replacement
* CRM modernisation
* Marketplace platform build (SCTP replacement program)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-stream transformation program
* Own program governance, planning, risks, dependencies, and reporting
* Drive alignment across business, technology, architecture, delivery, and vendor teams
* Manage interdependencies across platforms, products, and workstreams
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
* Oversee financials, resourcing, delivery tracking, and vendor performance
* Ensure delivery outcomes align to strategic business objectives
* Support successful change across a large and evolving insurance ecosystem
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Program Manager delivering large-scale transformation programs
* Strong Insurance domain experience, ideally across Broker, Policy, and Claims
* Track record leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple workstreams
* Experience operating across both strategy and execution
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, governance, and executive communication skills
* Strong capability in managing delivery across internal teams and external partners
Highly Regarded Experience
* Broker platform transformation
* BMS or core insurance system replacement
* CRM transformation
* Enterprise integration, APIs, cloud, or modernisation programs
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
* 10+ years' experience in program delivery, transformation, or portfolio leadership roles
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to influence across executive, business, and technical stakeholder groups
