You will oversee approximately over 10 stores and a team of just under 100 staff members across a well-established portfolio of apparel brands.
* Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and broader store teams
* Achieve sales targets and key performance metrics across all stores
* Manage operating expenses, financial performance, and inventory control
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
About You
You are an adaptable, hands-on leader with experience managing a comparable retail portfolio within Area Management within fashion, apparel, or a transferable big-box retail environment.
